Here at Fidohaus there are real people  not just dogs with years of  Dog Breeding Training and Showing to answer your questions. You can reach customer service by e-mail, telephone or regular mail. Our representatives are available to answer your phone calls between the hours of 8:00am and 6:00pm Monday through Saturday.. On the rare occasion if you have to leave a message reassured we will promptly call you back.

Promoting a “can do” attitude using common sense along with professional knowledge will ensure you purchase what you need or want for your companion.

Payment Method:
We accept Visa, Master Card and Discover or you may send a check via mail to our address. We cannot ship to a P.O. box. Please use a physical address so that Fed Ex or UPS can deliver to you.

Return Policy:
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase , simply return it to us within 15 days of purchase and we will gladly refund the purchase price , less a 20% restocking fee.

All items returned must be in new condition and in their original packaging.

We charge sales tax only for items shipped in our home state of California.
